As the Founder of Hyper Inkers, I adhere to the highest professional standards, and these terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and artistic experience for both of us.
General Provision
These Terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and me (Minh Pham). While this website is operated as my personal platform, all tattoo services are performed at the licensed Hyper Inkers Tattoo Studio. Therefore, by booking with me, you also agree to comply with the operational policies of the studio.
Acceptance and Modification of Terms
By using this Website or booking any custom tattoo services with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
I may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in my services, studio policies at Hyper Inkers, or applicable legal requirements. All updates take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Website or booking of services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To receive a tattoo service, you must meet the following criteria in compliance with Texas State Regulations:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. I strictly do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent. You are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID) upon arrival for age verification.
Health Disclosure: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about any medical or health conditions that may affect the tattoo procedure or healing process. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies, skin conditions, communicable diseases, heart conditions, bleeding disorders, and any medications you are currently taking. For guidance on preparing for a safe and successful tattoo experience, you may review our guide on what to know before getting your first tattoo, including preparation tips and aftercare advice.
Pregnancy: I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at my discretion.
Breastfeeding: While tattooing during breastfeeding is generally considered low-risk, I recommend that clients consider waiting until their child is older (approximately 9–12 months) for their own safety and comfort during both the procedure and the healing process. Please discuss any concerns with me before booking.
I am not responsible for any complications that may occur as a result of your failure to disclose, or your providing inaccurate or incomplete health information.
Sobriety: You must arrive sober. I reserve the right to refuse service without refunding the deposit if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Deposits and Booking Policy
To secure your appointment slot and compensate for the time spent on your custom design, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposits can be made via Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal as directed during our consultation.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposit Forfeiture: The deposit serves to reserve your scheduled appointment and compensate the artist for preparatory time. This deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you:
- Cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice.
- Arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior communication.
- Fail to show up (No-Call/No-Show).
- Fail to provide valid ID.
- Arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that life happens. However, to respect my schedule and other clients:
- Please give at least 72 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- With sufficient notice (72+ hours), your deposit can be moved to a new appointment date one time only.
- If you are running late, please contact me immediately. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session, and arriving over 30 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. You’ll need to make a new deposit to book again.
Services and Payment
I provide custom artistic tattoo services tailored to your preferred style and design direction.
- Quotes: Pricing is based on the size, placement, detail, and style (e.g., Realism vs. Black and Grey) of the design. I will provide an estimated quote before your session, and all pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the service.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your session.
- Accepted Methods: Cash and Zelle are preferred. Credit/Debit cards are accepted via the Hyper Inkers payment system but will be subject to a transaction fee (typically 3%).
- Tipping: Tipping is optional but always appreciated for my dedicated work. Tips may be given using any accepted payment method (Cash, Zelle, Card).
Artwork and Intellectual Property
Custom Designs: All custom tattoo designs I create remain my intellectual property. These designs may not be reproduced, altered, or used elsewhere without my explicit permission.
Photography: You grant me permission to photograph or record your completed tattoo for use in my professional portfolio, website, and social media platforms. Your privacy will always be respected, and I will conceal your identity upon request.
License to Use: I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use minhphamtattoo.com for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as viewing my portfolio or booking an appointment) in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use my website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site’s functionality.
Intellectual Property: All content on this Website – including but not limited to custom tattoo designs, sketches, portfolio photographs, logos, text, and graphics – is the intellectual property of me – Minh Pham and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit any content without my express written permission.
Studio Etiquette & Guest Policy
Since I operate out of Hyper Inkers, maintaining a professional environment is paramount.
- Guests: You may bring one adult guest (18 years or older) for support. Guests must remain in the designated lobby area throughout the session and may not enter the tattooing area unless briefly permitted by the me – artist Minh Pham. Please note that long sessions can be tiring for guests, and the studio environment may not be comfortable for extended waiting. For safety reasons, children and infants are strictly prohibited in the studio.
- Environment: Please respect the studio, the workspace, and other artists. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of your session.
Refuse Right
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, to ensure the safety and integrity of my work environment. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to: failure to pass age verification, appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol, undisclosed high-risk health conditions, requesting designs that violate my artistic or ethical standards, or exhibiting disruptive behavior towards me or my Hyper Inkers staff.
User Submissions
By submitting content to this Website (e.g., leaving comments, providing feedback, or uploading reference images for a consultation), you grant me permission to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with my business operations (e.g., creating your design). You warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Disclaimer

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, all disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
